  • Monday: 6 pm - 10 pm (MST)
  • Tuesday: 6 pm - 10 pm (MST)
  • Wednesday: 6 pm - 10 pm (MST)
  • Thursday: 6 pm - 10 pm (MST)

This is a free, confidential, short term crisis support service that you can access in order to get support for what is happening in your life right now. A Support Team member will reply back to your email within 48 hours.
