Our Foundation
In 2004, The Support Network Foundation was established to manage the assests of The Support Network's Endowment Fund. The Foundation's job is to ensure that The Support Network's fundraising efforts achieve a balance between long-term security of capital, asset growth and a level of annual income that ensures stable funding for programs and services.
A strong endowment fund is the difference between surviving and thriving for The Support Network.
The income generated by the endowment allows us to be responsive to the greatest needs within our organization at any given point. It allows us to focus more energy on what is important ... the people who reach out to us for help.
Why an endowment?
When you make a gift to The Support Network Endowment Fund, the capital remains intact. Only the net investment income earned is used to support our programs, thus perpetuating your gift to provide help and hope to people in need for generations. Donors can add to the endowment fund at any time.
To find out how you can make a donation to The Support Network Foundation, call (780) 482-0198.
As our endowment grows, so does our future.
