Ways of Giving
One-Time Gifts
About 1/3 of The Support Network's annual budget is derived through fundraising. Gifts of any amount are very much appreciated. Any gift of $20 or more is eligible for an income tax reciept.
If you believe The Support Network to be an organization worthy of your financial support, you may also want to consider the following:
Matching Gifts - Some companies will match charitable donations made by their employees.
Group Giving - Your service club, workplace, alumni, etc. may want to consider making a contribution as a group.
You can make a one-time donation to The Support Network anytime. To find out how, please visit our donate page.
Planned Giving
Anyone with the desire to give has the ability to leave a legacy and to make the world a better place for future generations. It does not require great wealth. It only requires planning. Planned giving is tax-smart giving. It is a way of strategically planning your donations so that you can support the charities of your choice while realizing significant tax benefits. The gift may be a one-time donation, a series of payments over a set period of time, or ongoing support. The gift may be for use now, deffered for the future, or a combination of both. Planned giving ensures that the initiatives and organizations that you believe in are there to assist future generations. Your planned giving today helps us plan for the future.
Planned gifts help The Support Network to:
- Create and enhance our programs for clients
- Establish and maintain community connections
- Expand resources and improve our facility
- Respond to the needs of our community
